Returns and Exchanges


Please email us first at to obtain a return form and PO number. If exchanging for a different size, please include new size in the email so we can confirm inventory.

YouDivine has a 7 day return policy for all return and exchange requests. We will be happy to provide you with store credit or the option to exchange for another item/size.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received with all original packaging and tags attached. Items must be smoke, perfume, and odor free. We do not accept returns on clearance items, bodysuits or any swimwear/undergarments. All clearance items are considered FINAL; non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Exchanges/store credit will be FINAL sale.

Store credit will be for the amount paid for merchandise not shipping. There is absolutely no refunds for shipping fees. Returns will not be processed without a PO number and items will be returned to the customer. 


Please note, Items do not have to be returned back to us within 7 days but rather must be in route to us within 7 days. Customer pays for return shipping.

Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received. You will receive an email notification once the return is processed and/or store credit has been issued. 


In the rare case you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at and include a picture of the damaged item. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise it will no longer qualify for a replacement. We are not responsible for damages due to incorrect sizing or improper care.


Please note exact colors and patterns may vary due to lighting and computer resolution, this does not qualify as damaged/defected.
